Let me tell you all about my bath last night. It was glorious. It felt like it was a scene out of a movie. The candle glow was beautiful, the aroma was heavenly, the temperature was like a warm blanket. I couldn’t help but relax. I was so relaxed in fact, I could release every last bit of tension I was holding on to, including my gut. Now, you know how we tend to “suck it in” all day without realizing it? That can’t be just me, right? Well, when you let it go, and suddenly transform the look of your abdomen from a pancake to third trimester belly there is this release that takes place making you feel like, ahhhhhhh, yes…..THIS IS LIVING. And when you are soaking in a tub of herbal goodness that feeling exponentially increases. Sets you up for some really terrific dreamwork.

Steep yoself til you release yoself
I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow. And once I hit Dream Town it was on. Several dreams had friendly gorillas & reptiles, just hanging out like they were one of the humans. Climbing all over me, snuggling like spiked little lizards would. Something tells me I’m going to be meeting some interesting and powerful people soon. Or I need to rediscover my primitive side and use that to my advantage. And since reptiles have learned to adapt to their surroundings, maybe I need to prepare to do the same.
Another that stood out was picking my daughter up from school. Her teacher was there running a state of the art science lab, complete with a suspended mechanical bull and a mysteriously hidden $100 bill. Most of the dream wasn’t color specific, but when there was color there were bursts of teals and grays. I’m experiencing more color in my dreams with chamomile, more noticeable and memorable color at least.
Much like a teacher is devoted to her students, I am devoted to my readers. And will continue on in this dream journey.
Tonight, I think I’ll take it easy and just enjoy the oil diffuser with my chamomile tea and try to have a less active night of dreaming.
Sweet dreams!
